The High Option Plan gives you broader coverage and more benefits—but comes with a higher premium.

The CDHP Plan has lower premiums and includes a Personal Care Account (PCA)—but comes with the chance of paying more out-of-pocket expenses prior to  the deductible being met.

For 2026—your NALC Health Benefit Plan premium is the same—whether you're an active employee or a retiree. That means your employment status doesn’t affect your premium.
