With this program, you can:

  • Enroll in Real Appeal®, a yearlong weight loss program with coaching, group support, and a free Success Kit mailed to your home. The kit includes tools like a food and weight scale, portion plate, and access to fitness resources to support your journey.

  • Access the CVS Rx Weight Management Program for added support when using weight loss medication

  • Join our voluntary tobacco cessation program and get the tools, coaching, and support you need to quit for good. Depending on your plan, you may also receive over-the-counter nicotine replacement therapy at no cost, along with health savings rewards when you complete the program.

Maven is a digital health platform available to our High Option members that gives women and families 24/7 support for every stage of life. You’ll get access to care navigation, virtual appointments in over 30 specialties, and expert guidance on fertility, pregnancy, parenting, and menopause.

You can earn rewards by participating in eligible programs such as the Quit for Life Tobacco Cessation Program, the Your Health First Disease Management Program and many more. Once a wellness reward program has been completed you will receive a pre-loaded debit card where you can access your earned health savings dollars.

Yes - the Solutions for Caregivers program is available to our High Option members which connects you with a dedicated Care Advocate. You’ll get help evaluating living situations, identifying support needs, and arranging care for an elderly loved one or a dependent with a disability. You receive up to six hours of care management each year at no extra cost.
